The ministry will respond quickly to urgent complaints — in some cases, on the same day. For non-urgent complaints, contacting a home directly is often the best and fastest way to address a problem.
    • Seniors - Senior Driver Group Sessions : Due to COVID-19, Senior Driver Group Education Sessions, vision testing and photo requirements have been temporarily waived until further notice. If you are a senior driver, you can now renew your driver’s licences online at ServiceOntario.ca.
    • Workplace - Safety Guidelines : Find sector-specific guidelines and posters to help protect workers, customers and the general public from COVID-19 in Ontario.
    • Workplace - Staff Matching Portal : The Ontario Matching Portal is intended to make that first connection between health care organizations and job seekers looking for a new opportunity. The portal provides a space for health care organizations to post a range of opportunities for registered and non-registered health care professionals, internationally trained professionals as well as students and those with no-health care experience. The Government of Ontario is seeking qualified individuals to fill vacancies within the health care sectors that have been hit hardest by the pandemic.
